Cockroach Pest Control

In appearance cockroaches have very long distinctive antennae, oval bodies of flat appearance and are able to move at speed in an erratic jerky style. Cockroaches are usually only able to survive indoors in the UK climate, gathering around heating ducts and the other warm places of centrally heated buildings and hiding especially in humid areas during daylight hours. Cockroaches will feed on almost anything and require a water source which they cannot survive without for more than a few days but are able to survive without food for several months. Foraging cockroaches can contaminate food, utensils, and food preparation surfaces as they go. They taint food with an obnoxious smell and can harbour disease, carrying a variety of bacteria including organisms causing food poisoning in humans
